Dip my toe in: This gives you a chance to discover forest bathing, includes a forest therapy introduction and start up experience plus discussion at a tea ceremony

Forest Lift: A 1 day experience, includes forest therapy introduction, talk about the benefits, discussion around a tea ceremony, packed lunch.

Immersed in the forest; A two-day event which includes two-day events to help give your staff the boost they desperately need regards physical and mental health and wellbeing issues. 2 forest therapy sessions, talk about the benefits, discussing the powers of nature regards the healing and health benefits, discussion around a tea ceremony, the benefits of outdoor space, bringing forest therapy into your life, packed lunches
